Today I’m personally selling my fresh pasta directly to the customers in various Farmer’s Market (I truly believe in locally produced food with locally sourced ingredients: what a freshness!) and weekly schemes, some deliveries directly at home in the area where I live and some to little special café’ restaurants where the attention for the quality of the food they serve is very high and important to them.
